Event Cancellation & Refund Policy


The Oasis Life Center reserves the right to refuse/cancel registrations. If Oasis Life Center refuses a registration, registrants will be offered a refund. Event Cancellation by Oasis Life Center reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Oasis Life Center cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. If an event is cancelled or the office is closed, it will be posted on the Oasis Life Center website and on Registration Cancellation by Participant Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for an individual ticket is three business days (72 hours) before the event. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be issued by check. These above policies apply to all Oasis Life Center events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly. Late Registration Unless specifically stated on registration materials, on-site registrants are subject to an additional $5.00 administrative fee.


Since we inspect and pack all of our orders with care, we think you’ll be extremely satisfied with the condition of your items. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we’ll gladly replace them.


  1. DVDs, CDs, training materials, or other media may only be returned for refunds if unopened. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement with the same item (shipping not refundable).
  2. Any defective, incorrect or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Contact us first to notify us of the damaged item. We will then gladly ship a replacement that includes a return packing slip for the damaged item.


  1. Any downloadable item such as a Mp3 or PDF is not subject for a return and refund.
  2. We only offer materials we think are worthwhile, but we cannot guarantee that you will personally like the resource you purchased. You will still have received the intellectual benefit out of your resource, whether positive or negative, so a refund because you did not like an item is unavailable.
